Please kindly follow the guarantee process above. Only defective items can be returned for a full compensation. If your item needs to be returned, we will provide you a R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization).
30 Days 100dolls.com Money Back Guarantee
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason whatsoever, please return them to us, shipping cost both ways will be sole responsibility of customers. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product.

2. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund within a period of 30 days after you have received it. But returned items must be unused. Shipping fees to return the item(s) will be at the customer's own expense. We can offer a product price refund or exchange the item as long as the customer covers all the shipping fees involved.
Notice: Refunds are only available within a period of 30 days after you have received the product.
3 Months Replacement Guarantee
If a product doesn't work, you can send it back to us for a replacement as long as it is within three months of the purchase date. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us will be covered fully by the customer. On our side, we will pay the shipping fees to ship the item back to you.
12 Months Repair Guarantee
If the item is more than 3 months old, buyers can still send them back for repair. In this case, the buyer pays all the shipping fees, both to and from 100dolls.com. This means that the buyer must pay the shipping fee to us before we send back the item repair. If the buyer has accidentally broken the the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components.
Note: Damaged or Misused items cannot be refunded.
We recommend you carefully check the package's content before signing for the delivery. Then please submit a ticket with your order number and indicating us which item or accessory is missing along picture of the outer packaging. We will offer a solution.
What If I receive the Wrong Item

1. If we sent the wrong item, we will either exchange the item or refund you in full.

If you made a mistake by ordering the wrong item, we will either refund you partially if you keep them or request to return the item for a full refund or an exchange.Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us will be covered fully by the customer. For exchange customer will pay shipping fees both ways.
In all instances, no matter what the reason for returning the goods, the buyer must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to us. Whether you are requesting a refund, repair or exchange, you must send the item back before we can take action and proceed. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund, repair or exchange immediately.
